Returns are easy and free! We'll gladly accept full-price, unworn, and unaltered merchandise within 15 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached. Sale items and international orders are not eligible to be returned.
An Important Note: Labels obtained directly from a carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, Fedex) and affixed to your return necessitate additional processing time upon arrival at our warehouse and will delay the issuance of your refund by up to 30 days.
To get started, please email us your order number at email@example.com. If your order is eligible for return, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label that can be affixed to the outside of your package. Please ensure that all other labels are removed from the box before dropping it off at your nearby UPS location or arranging for a UPS pick up. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt from UPS, just in case! We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It takes 7-10 business days to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

If store credit was used at the time of purchase, you will automatically receive an electronic gift card number for the refunded amount.
