SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

Orders placed with UPS Ground shipping by 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed with upgraded shipping (e.g.,UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) by 1pm EST will ship the same day. Please note that orders placed after these shipping cutoffs, on the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

We do our very best to ensure that packages arrive on time for our customers but extenuating circumstances (e.g., inclement weather) occasionally interferes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We do not currently offer Saturday delivery or delivery to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies.

 

FREE & PREMIUM SHIPPING

All U.S. Orders are eligible for complimentary UPS Ground shipping! UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are also available for a premium rate, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

All international orders will be shipped via UPS for a flat rate of $50 USD per order.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are easy and free! We'll gladly accept full-price, unworn, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached. Sale items and international orders are not eligible to be returned.

An Important Note: We encourage customers to use our returns portal (accessible at returns.ramybrook.com) to ensure a prompt processing of your return and issuance of your refund. Labels obtained directly from a carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, Fedex) and affixed to your return necessitate additional processing time upon arrival at our warehouse and will delay the issuance of your refund by up to 30 days.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To get started, please visit our Returns Center​ and follow the prompts. If your order is eligible for return, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label that can be affixed to the outside of your package. Please ensure that all other labels are removed from the box before dropping it off at your nearby UPS location or arranging for a UPS pick up. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt from UPS, just in case! We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It takes 7-10 business days to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

Our flagship boutique in New York cannot accept online returns nor can specialty or department stores where Chloe Collete is sold.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received at our warehouse. Customers will receive an email notification when the return is received at our warehouse and a second email when the refund has been issued. If store credit was used at the time of purchase, you will automatically receive an electronic gift card number for the refunded amount. Please note that Chloe Collete gift cards can only be redeemed online at this time. Upgraded shipping expenses are non-refundable.
