SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY:
It is our goal to ship your items are quickly as possible... For up-to-date delivery and tracking information, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Orders may take up to five business days to process... *Orders placed at 12pm est will register on the next business day. *Please note, this applies to both standard & overnight shipping.*

PRE-ORDERS, WAITLISTED & OUT-OF-STOCK STYLES:
Pre-ordered styles are subject to availability... Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are subject to change.
Delivery of waitlisted & out-of-stock items are based upon availability... Restock dates provided are estimates and are subject to change.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
CHLOE COLETTE provides shipping options that include free standard ground shipping on domestic orders over $250.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For delivery of international orders allow a minimum of 14 business days from date of purchase for arrival... International orders may be subject additional handling fees. *Please note that CHLOE COLETTE is not responsible for any cross-border duties, taxes or any additional cost that you may incur.*
CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make modifications... This includes adding or removing items from the order, editing the order or changing the ship to address. *Please review your order details prior to submitting payment to ensure your items, quantities & mailing details are correct.*
RETURN POLICY:
To qualify for a return, eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (eg: makeup or deodorant), odor, pulls or snags for a refund. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges & a restocking fees may be incurred.) Returns must be made within seven days of the date your package was received. Returned items must be in the same “sellable condition” they were received. Garments must be returned in their original packaging with CHLOE COLETTE tags attached.
COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS:
We offer free, pre-paid return shipping when you select a refund via store credit.
PRE-PAID RETURNS:
Items returned with a pre-paid return label for a refund to your original form of payment incur a $12 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
SELF-MAILED RETURNS:
You may return items with your own shipping label, but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Self-mailed returns do not incur a restocking fee. Use this link to arrange a UPS pickup whiting the United States.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We do not currently offer return labels for international customers. Returns are self-mail only, we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Self-mailed returns do not incur a restocking fee.
SALE ITEMS:
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items discounted 25% or more can be returned for store credit only. *Exclusions: Please note that this policy does not apply to first time purchases made with the one-time “Welcome Promotion” code offered upon sign up.*
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer exchanges, however you can repurchase the same item with your store credit. If there is a difference in price on an item being repurchased in an alternate size, we will price match on your re-purchase.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of the date of delivery. Please uncle an image of the damage for our quality control team to review. Upon approval, we will provide a return label. Approved damages must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
ONCE RECEIVED, RETURNS/EXCHANGES MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED.
STORE CREDITS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL.
THE DATE IN WHICH REFUNDS ARE POSTED ON YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR AND/OR BANK.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
Price adjustments will only be honored for items returned for repurchase of the same item in a different size. Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events. No exceptions will be made.
DISCOUNT CODES:
Discount codes may not be combined unless expressly written. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied.
